In order to access the restricted areas of this web site you must be a member of staff at Lancaster University.
Restricted information includes University Committee memberships and minutes.

You can login by clicking on the 'login' on the dark toolbar on any of the pages within this web site.

When logging in you may be presented with a dialog box asking for your username and password. 


*important* in the username field enter your Lancaster University username in the form LANCS\username

*important* in the password field enter your Lancaster University password.

on campus?

If you are currently on campus and already logged into the network the login process should happen automatically.
Users of browsers other than Internet Explorer may be prompted for a Lancaster University username and password.

at home?

If you are currently at home and connected to the University via the VPN service the login process should happen automatically. If you are being prompted for a username and password, please review the ISS instructions for connecting to the University via the VPN service that can be found here.
Pay particular attention to the section on "Configuring the webcache"
